Meet The Chef
We would like to introduce Chef Ken “milhouse” Nelson.
Ken grew up in a small Oregon coast town where his father was a chef. He grew up in restaurants which cultivated a natural love of fine dining and creating fresh, unique dishes.
After high school he joined the military and was sent around the world for the next 20 years. Ken retired in September 2021 and was finally able to pursue his passion in the culinary world. And as you will see for yourself, culinary is in his blood.
Using fresh, in season ingredients from local farms in the Sacramento area, he curates unique menus for our monthly events.
